o   Amphibious Warfare Program – Interdepartmental program encompassing equipment, training, evolution safety and off ship coordination
o   Mobility Seamanship Program – Command-wide program ensuring safety of personnel in various extreme circumstances in addition to equipment and managing technical proficiency of 70 personnel
o   Arms, Ammunition and Explosives Program – Training of 20 personnel in addition to resource management and daily supervision
o   Ammunition Accountability Program – Over 75 weapons, and 100,000 bullets adequately accounted for managing assets received from Navy ammunition managers, as well as proper stowage, safety and effective utilization for training 500 personnel in order to maintain proficiency
o   Respirator Program – Safety based program entailing training and accountability of over 500 respirators for all crew members used for painting and maintenance
o   Maintenance Program – All encompassing daily activities requiring personnel to adequately maintain all gear onboard for safe and continued operation for many years
o   Training Program – Personnel enhancing program dedicated to teaching and training younger or less experienced personnel in all manner of effective operation in the Navy from the smallest jobs to the most responsible of watch stations
o   Anti-Terrorism Program – Inter-departmental, ship-wide required program utilizing all personnel, multiple training scenarios, and administrative requirements
o   Evaluation Program – Vital to personnel advancement, from training to work performance, evaluation of all personnel managed
