·        Hand-selected as top division officer to correct systemic issues in Combat Guns Division
·        Managed 11 personnel and a team of 10 inter-departmental personnel in the maintenance of 500 pieces of equipment, upkeep of 25 spaces, and safe conduct of over 50 gun qualification shoots encompassing over 500 sailors in a record time

  • Responsible for all recreational funds allocated to USS Arlington, over $30,000 worth of MWR Equipment, raising Morale of 411 sailors, all fund raising efforts, and directly responsible for 25 MWR Representatives
